Repository for manuscript: Quantifying landfill emission potential using a weakly

coupled particle filter. It includes the input and measurement data (rainfall, EV, outflow, concentration), the model scripts in folder landfillmodules, the data assimilation scripts in folder BB11Z_noexchange. To use the script, you need to run the code following the description in the manuscript (We use a_* to generate synthetic truth, b_* to generate initial particles, c_* to evaluate the ensemble generation performance, d_* to run DA, e_male_plots to generate some plots. Scripts with s in the name use small initial bulk storage). The current zip file already includes all the generated model output files. You can find them in subfolders like plots and process_data. In the subfolder results_2TTc, there are the optimization results from DREAM. We call them in the script a_ to create synthetic truth.
