Data and code underlying the publication: Operating semiconductor quantum processors with hopping spins
This repository contains datasets, analysis codes and simulations used in the manuscript "Operating semiconductor quantum processors with hopping spins" by Wang et al. as first submitted in February 2024. This manuscript is about experimental results of spin-qubit in gate-defined germanium quantum dots. The data is collected by thresholding the averaged voltage signals amplified by CITLF3 cryogenic amplifiers and in-house built LNA (M2j), down-converted by in-house built IQ-mixer (F1d) and measured by the digitizers Keysight M3102A at specific timing defined by the arbitrary waveform generators Keysight M3202A which output specific voltage waveforms to the devices under test. More details regarding research objective and method of data collection are described in the manuscript which will be public soon. The type of dataset are in the formats of .hdf5, .dat, .pickle, and .json. They can be opened to replot the figures by the provided python scripts in the python environment with several packages installed. More details about the required python packages are in the README files.
