Dataset

Shear Strength Recovery and Sliding Behavior of Healed Rock Salt Fractures: This dataset contains experimental data from shear box tests conducted on rock salt samples with artificial fractures that were allowed to heal under dry or wet (saturated brine) conditions. Healing durations range from a few weeks to one year. The dataset includes mechanical data from shear box tests as well as microstructural data obtained through digital microscopy and micro-computed tomography (micro-CT).
