The file contains data from the study of the process of anaerobic methane oxidation in the sediments of three Polish reservoirs (Rzeszów, Maziarnia and Nielisz). The research was conducted in 2018 and 2019. In addition to the data obtained during the experiment with the isotope tracer 13CH4 (CO2 concentrations, values of 13C AP, calculated rates of AOM and amounts of CH4 oxidised), the file contains data on the parameters of the studied sediments and pore water.
