Dataset

Large eddy simulation (DALES) on a domain of 150 x 150 km2, centered at 13.3 N,-57.7, 1512 horizontal grid points are used in both x and y directions, corresponding to a resolution of about 100 m . The dataset covers 9 days of the EUREC4A field campaign in 2020. The model uses doubly periodic boundary conditions on the domain sides, standard boundary conditions on the top and bottom. This dataset includes domain averaged profiles of the simulation, as well as two vertical cross sections, and top view of the cloud field (liquid water path). This data allows to replicate the results in Momentum transport in (un)organised precipitating shallow convection.
