The BioBrAIn (Bioreactor Analysis and Intelligence) database is a specialized repository of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)-derived data, designed to support the study, design, and optimization of various bioreactor geometries and operating parameters.

BioBrAIn provides invaluable insights for professionals working in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, and bioprocess development, enabling an enhanced understanding of reactor performance across different scales and conditions.

BioBrAIn is an initiative from the CASE group at the Biotechnology Department of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at TU Delft and colleagues from the Technical University of Denmark to ease the development of workflows for modeling and analysis of bioprocesses across different scales and conditions.

Please check the README.md file for more details about the software used for collecting the data, the folder structure, and the reactor geometries and operating conditions available.
